Collaborating Minds Mental Health & Wellness LLC is a premier mental health and wellness practice serving clients throughout the state of Georgia. Founded and owned by Dr. Chasity J. Carswell, the practice is led by a double board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and Family Nurse Practitioner with over 11 years of experience as a nurse practitioner and more than 25 years of nursing experience caring for children, adolescents, and adults.

In addition to psychiatric medication management, Collaborating Minds Mental Health & Wellness LLC offers weight management and minor medical services, supporting a whole-person approach to care. Services are individualized and may include mental health treatment, metabolic and weight management support, and evaluation of select minor medical concerns when clinically appropriate.
